 This aim of this privacy statement is to provide you with clear, simple and complete information about how we process the personal data you give us or the data we may collect while you are browsing our dedicated store website, how it may be transferred to third parties and your rights and options to control your personal information and protect your privacy.

6. What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
   
   Christian Dior Couture processes your personal information:

• to perform the contract agreed between yourself and Christian Dior Couture, to manage your access to your customer account and to process and track your orders;
• within the framework of its legitimate interest for the purposes of marketing management, securing its digital media (websites, applications, etc.) and combating fraud;
• when you have given your consent for the processing of your data, especially for the purposes of managing our sales prospection, and of your browsing data via cookies, etc.

 Your personal data is primarily processed by the personnel of Christian Dior Couture.  CGR FZE: Solution and website enabler partner in the United Arab Emirates and our Customer care and website maintenance partner

• Shopify: Website host and e-commerce solution partner

• DHL: Delivery service partner

 Lastly, Christian Dior Couture may need to share your personal data with third parties to meet its legal, regulatory or treaty obligations, or to respond to requests from authorised legal authorities.

Please note that these partners have their own privacy policies, statements, procedures and methodologies with regards to the collection, processing and storage of personal data.

 

8. Transferring data abroad

 In certain cases, and for data hosting purposes personal data we have collected from you may be transferred to affiliates, service providers and business partners located outside the European Union to which personal data is disclosed which may not have an adequate level of protection.

 Where required by the applicable data protection laws in the region, by way of clarity please be informed that we may transfer your personal data collected on the dedicated website to the European Union, where the location of Christian Dior Couture SA headquarters, as Data Controller, is registered at 30, avenue Montaigne 75008 Paris - Telephone number: +33 (0)1 40 73 73 73.

 We have implemented appropriate safeguards with such data recipients by entering into data transfer agreements including contractual, technical and organisational guarantees, that comply with the applicable regulations regulating the protection of personal data. 9. How long do we keep your data? 

We keep and process your personal data for as long as it is required in order to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and if it may be required by law such as for tax and accounting purposes.
